Vintage Fender Electric Guitars

The most expensive vintage guitar ever sold was a Fender Stratocaster, the iconic 1969 "Black Strat" used by David Gilmour on several Pink Floyd albums.  It sold for $3.95 million in 2019!  Luckily, most vintage Fender guitars are much more affordable and are still very collectible. Leo Fender began in the radio repair business and manufacturing electric instruments in the 1940's.  By the 1950's, the iconic instruments that would make Fender famous were in production: the Stratocaster, the Telecaster (orginially the Broadcaster), and the Jazzmaster. From Buddy Holly to Jimi Hendrix to Eric Clapton, these instruments are synonymous with rock and roll. Check out my vintage Gibson guitars and vintage Martin guitars page.
