Vintage Mason Decoys
Made in Detroit, Michigan from 1896-1924,these decoys originally sold for around one dollar each. Today, Mason duck and shorebird decoys are popular among folk art collectors as well as vintage hunting enthusiasts. They were manufactured in different grades including Premier, Challenge, and Standard grades. These grades, condition and rarity all have significant impact on the value of these decoys. Some popular species include the black duck, merganser, mallard, blue wing teal and many more! In addition to duck decoys, Mason manufactured shorebirds, geese, swans and other birds that are collectibles. Check out the Hunting Decoys page and the Fish Decoys page as well.
